HIC

The Hacker-in-Charge, current leader of the SprezzOS Project. A HIC is appointed by Sprezzatech, the commercial entity supporting the SprezzOS Project, and serves at its pleasure. The HIC's authority over Project direction, composition and procedure is final and complete, save where and when delegated by the HIC.
